INDEPENDENT THINKING. SHARED AMBITION.

Nestonex is a software,
AI, and digital product studio.

We connect product design, engineering, AI, data, and digital community work around the things our clients want to build — and we keep those disciplines in one team so the gaps between them are nobody's blind spot.

THE PEOPLE BEHIND NESTONEX /

Meet the founders.

Fall in love with the problem, not the technology — the most valuable decisions are the ones you make before a single line of code.

An AI demo that impresses is easy; one a person can trust and check is the real work — and the only kind worth shipping.

Software rarely fails inside a discipline. It fails in the gaps between them — so we build design, engineering, and community as one.

What the studio actually builds

Five things account for most of our work. Generative AI integrations, where a language model is put inside a product to do one defined job with the permissions and review that makes it trustworthy. AI development and automation, which is the wider category — classification, extraction, scoring, agent systems, and the frequent honest answer that a rule would serve better than a model. Web development, from customer portals and marketplaces to multi-tenant platforms. Mobile apps for iOS and Android. And blockchain development, where the interesting engineering is key handling, sequencing and transaction states rather than the chain itself.

Around those sit data science, web design and technical SEO, Telegram and Discord tooling, AI-assisted video and content, and artist platforms through Awaaz, our artist studio. The full directory sets out what an engagement in each area can include.

That range is useful when a product crosses disciplines, which most interesting ones do. A trading platform is a Web3 problem and a real-time systems problem and an interface problem at once, and handing those to three separate suppliers puts the hardest decisions in the gaps between them. The scope still starts with a specific user need, the constraints around it, and a shared definition of a successful release.

How an engagement runs

Discovery establishes priorities, responsibilities and open questions. Design makes the proposed experience tangible while it is still cheap to change. Development proceeds through reviewable increments, so feedback shapes the result before launch rather than being collected after it.

Every proposal should make its deliverables, assumptions, exclusions and support arrangements clear. A specialist project and an ongoing partnership need different working agreements; both benefit from decisions a client can follow without a translator. Where a requirement is still genuinely unknown, we would rather name it as a question and scope the work that resolves it than hide it inside an optimistic estimate.

We will also tell you when the answer is less software. If a managed platform, an existing tool, a rule instead of a model, or a database instead of a blockchain meets the requirement, that is the recommendation, with the reasoning documented so the decision can be revisited if the requirement changes. It is a cheaper conversation before a proposal than after an invoice.

Remote delivery across three markets

Nestonex works with teams in United States, United Kingdom, Pakistan. Delivery is remote, and we treat that as a working method rather than a compromise: overlap hours agreed at the start instead of assumed, written decisions instead of conclusions that only exist in a call, and visible progress in increments instead of a status update.

The public contact is hello@nestonex.com. We publish no telephone number and no street address. That is deliberate — a written brief reaches the people who would do the work and gets a more considered first answer than a switchboard would.

Some of our work is specific to place as well as to technology. Awaaz grew around Pakistan's new pop wave, and Hasan Zone turned one artist's catalogue into a 3D gallery fans move through rather than a playlist they tap. Knowing how a release travels in that scene is not something a generic platform supplies.

What we will not claim

There are no traffic figures, revenue claims, headcount, awards or client performance metrics anywhere on this site, because we do not have ones we could stand behind publicly. Where a project, testimonial or example is illustrative rather than delivered client work, the page carrying it says so on that page.

We do not guarantee search rankings, app store approval, or that a security audit is included by default — the first two are not ours to promise and the third is separate, specialist work. An agency that promises any of them is telling you something useful about how it will handle the rest.

Explore the work and the thinking

The service directory explains potential engagement scope and common questions. Selected work shows what we have built and how. Our planning guides help you prepare a brief, choose a platform, judge a budget and assess an AI integration before committing. The glossary defines the vocabulary those decisions are made in, written from having built the systems rather than read about them.

ABOUT THE STUDIO /

Common questions

What does Nestonex do?

Nestonex is a software development and creative services studio. We design and build web and mobile products, generative AI integrations, broader AI and automation systems, blockchain-connected products, data and analytics work, community tooling, and artist platforms through our Awaaz studio.

Who founded Nestonex?

Usman Taufique, Shameer Mukhtar, and Abdullah Khan, each of whom is named on this page with a public LinkedIn profile. They remain involved in the work rather than only in the business of it.

Where is Nestonex based, and where do you work?

Nestonex works with teams in United States, United Kingdom, Pakistan and delivers remotely. We publish no street address and no telephone number; the public contact is hello@nestonex.com. Overlap hours are agreed for each engagement rather than assumed.

How large a project does Nestonex take on?

From a focused piece of work inside an existing product to a multi-surface platform built from nothing. What matters more than size is whether the problem is defined well enough to agree what a successful first release does. Where it is not, the first engagement is usually a discovery.

Is the work on this site real client work?

The case studies describe systems we have built. Where any project, testimonial, or example is illustrative rather than delivered client work, the page carrying it says so on the page itself. We publish no traffic figures, revenue claims, awards, or client performance metrics, because we do not have ones we could stand behind publicly.

Who owns what Nestonex builds?

Ownership, repository access, hosting accounts, and third-party licences are documented in the proposal for each engagement. We prefer arrangements a client can operate independently after handover, including the freedom to take the work to someone else.
