What these terms apply to

These terms apply to your use of nestonex.com and everything published on it: service pages, case studies, planning guides, the glossary, and the enquiry form. Using the site means accepting them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

They are not a services contract. When Nestonex takes on a project, the scope, deliverables, responsibilities, ownership, payment terms, and confidentiality arrangements are set out in a separate written agreement for that engagement. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement governs.

Content and ownership

The text, design, code, illustrations, and diagrams published here belong to Nestonex or to the people who licensed them to us, except where a page says otherwise. You are welcome to read, link to, quote, and share this material with attribution. Republishing substantial parts of it as your own, or reusing it to train a product that competes with ours, is not permitted without written consent.

Product names, logos, and screenshots belonging to clients or third parties remain theirs. They appear here to describe work accurately, not to imply endorsement of Nestonex by their owners.

How case studies and examples are labelled

Case studies describe systems we have built. Where a project, testimonial, or example is illustrative rather than delivered client work, the page carrying it says so on the page itself. We publish no ranking claims, traffic figures, revenue figures, headcount, or awards, and nothing on this site should be read as promising a specific commercial result.

Guides, glossary entries, and estimates of what shapes a project are general information written from experience. They are not legal, financial, tax, security, or regulatory advice, and they cannot account for your specific circumstances. Decisions with legal or financial consequences deserve advice from someone qualified to give it for your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Please do not use this site to break the law, to interfere with how it works for other people, or to gather information for a purpose the site is not intended to serve. Specifically, do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its hosting, probe or scan it for vulnerabilities outside a disclosure you have agreed with us, send automated traffic at a rate that degrades service for others, submit malicious content or false identities through the enquiry form, or scrape the site systematically to republish it.

If you believe you have found a security issue, report it to hello@nestonex.com rather than publishing it. Our contact details for this are also published at /.well-known/security.txt.

The enquiry form

Submitting an enquiry starts a conversation. It does not create a contract, reserve capacity, or oblige either of us to proceed. We may decline work, and you are free to go elsewhere at any point before an agreement is signed.

Please do not send passwords, API keys, personal identity documents, or material covered by someone else's confidentiality obligations through the form. How enquiry data is handled is described on our privacy and data page.

External links

This site links to live client products, professional profiles, and third-party references. Those destinations are run by other people. We do not control their content, availability, security, or privacy practices, and a link is not an endorsement of everything they publish. Once you follow a link, that service's own terms apply.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or current at every moment. Pages are edited as the work behind them changes, and we may add, revise, or remove content without notice.

We may also update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies to your use of the site today, so it is worth re-reading if you rely on it.

Disclaimers and liability

The site and its content are provided as they are, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestonex is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Liability arising from a project engagement is addressed in that engagement's own agreement, not here.

Governing law and disputes

Where you have a written agreement with Nestonex, the governing law and dispute resolution clauses in that agreement apply. Where there is no such agreement, and a question arises from your use of this website, please raise it with us first at hello@nestonex.com. Most questions are resolved that way. Nothing here removes any statutory right you hold as a consumer in the country where you live.
