A GREAT PROJECT STARTS WITH A CONVERSATION

Contact Nestonex
about your next build.

Tell us about the people, the problem, and the change you want to make. A clear starting point helps us shape the right next step — and if that step is smaller than you expected, we will say so.

Your project, in a few words.

Your starting point: Generative AI Integrations

We send this straight to our team and reply by email — no inbox app required. Privacy & data

A useful starting point.

You do not need a complete specification. These details help us understand the scope:

  • The audience and the task they need to complete
  • Existing software, content, and integrations
  • The first release you want to achieve
  • Budget constraints and any fixed deadline
  • The person who can make project decisions

Use our project brief guide to organize the details, and what custom software costs to set a realistic budget range before you write one.

Business enquiries: hello@nestonex.com

What happens after you send it

Your message reaches the studio inbox directly, and a person reads it. If the enquiry is a fit, you will normally hear back within one business day with either questions or a suggested first conversation — usually a call of thirty to forty-five minutes, held in an overlap hour that works for you.

That conversation is about the problem, not a pitch. We want to understand who uses the thing, what breaks today, which systems it has to live alongside, and what would make the first release worth having. Bring whatever exists: a document, a sketch, an existing product, a spreadsheet somebody has outgrown. None of it needs polishing first.

If we are a fit, the next artefact is a written scope: deliverables, responsibilities, acceptance criteria, exclusions, and the things that would change the estimate. Where the uncertainty sits in one place — an undocumented integration, an unproven AI behaviour, an unclear workflow — that proposal may be for a short discovery or a prototype rather than the whole build, because paying to remove the uncertainty is cheaper than estimating around it.

If we are not a fit, we say so quickly and, where we can, point you somewhere better. A studio that takes every enquiry is telling you something about how it will handle yours.

Where we work

Nestonex works with teams in United States, United Kingdom, Pakistan. Delivery is remote. Overlap hours are agreed at the start of an engagement rather than assumed, decisions that matter are written down instead of living in a call, and progress is visible in reviewable increments rather than described in a status meeting.

The public contact is email only: hello@nestonex.com. There is no phone line and no street address, which is a deliberate choice rather than an omission — a written brief reaches the people who would actually do the work, and gets a more considered answer than a switchboard could.

What we can help with

Web and mobile products, generative AI integrations, broader AI and automation work, blockchain-connected systems, data science, Telegram and Discord tooling, technical SEO foundations, and artist platforms through our Awaaz studio. The full service directory sets out what an engagement in each area can include, and selected work shows what we have built.

Not sure which of those your problem is? Say what is happening today and what you want to be different. Sorting it into a service is our job, not yours.

BEFORE YOU WRITE /

Common questions

How quickly will Nestonex reply?

Usually within one business day, and always from a person rather than an autoresponder. If your enquiry lands during a Pakistan-time evening or a weekend, it is read the next working morning. We would rather give you a considered first answer a day later than a reflexive one an hour after you write.

Do I need a finished specification first?

No. A paragraph describing who the software is for, the task it should make easier, and any fixed constraint is enough to have a useful first conversation. A complete specification written before discovery often locks in assumptions that turn out to be wrong, which costs more to unpick than it saved.

Is there a phone number or an office to visit?

No. Nestonex is contactable by email at hello@nestonex.com and through the form on this page. We publish no telephone number and no street address, and a written brief reliably gets a better first answer than a call would, because it can be read carefully by the people who would do the work.

Where does Nestonex work?

With teams in United States, United Kingdom, Pakistan. Delivery is remote, with overlap hours agreed per engagement and decisions recorded in writing rather than left in a call nobody minuted. Time zones shape the working rhythm; they do not decide what is possible.

What happens after the first conversation?

If the fit looks right, we propose a scope: the deliverables, who is responsible for what, the acceptance criteria, exclusions, and what shapes the estimate. Where the uncertainty is concentrated in one area, that proposal may be for a short discovery or a prototype rather than the full build.

Will you say if we do not need what we asked for?

Yes, and we would rather do it before a proposal than after an invoice. If a managed platform, a simpler architecture, an existing tool, or no software at all would meet the requirement, that is the recommendation, with the reasoning written down so you can disagree with it.
